Leslee Wilkinson leads a dedicated team in providing compassionate care, specialized support, and best-in-class engagement for older adults in the Knoxville, TN, community. She believes that excellent leadership is rooted in serving others and considers it a privilege to serve the senior community.

The East Tennessee State University graduate began her career in pharmaceutical sales before gaining 14 years of experience in leadership at local senior living communities, where she nurtured valuable relationships with families and physicians, established and supported an excellent care team, and maintained high standards of care for all residents. She was inspired to focus on serving seniors and their families after seeing her mother’s strength in caring for her late father during his battle with Lewy Body Dementia.
